He folded his hands and asked people to pray for his “Pari,” which was his loving nickname for Shefali.

The final rites were done on June 28 at the Oshiwara Hindu crematorium. Parag, along with Shefali’s (Kaanta Laga) father and sister, performed the rituals. Many people from the television and music industry came to pay their last respects. This included actors, singers, and friends who had worked with Shefali over the years. Friends like Arti Singh, Mahira Sharma, and Rashami Desai were seen at the crematorium. Singer Mika Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan also expressed their sadness over her death.
