On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Vicky Kaushal reached Raigad Fort today, where he paid homage to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and offered flowers.

Vicky Kaushal look was seen in a completely historical style. Dressed in an off-white kurta, matching waistcoat and a traditional turban on his head, he looked like a valiant Maratha warrior. During this, he bowed before the statue of Shivaji Maharaj and took his blessings.
The film’s producer Dinesh Vijan and director Laxman Utekar were also present at the event. He was accompanied by Maharashtra Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Varda, MLCs Sunil Tatkare and Anil Tatkare. All of them gave a traditional welcome to Vicky and his team and made this historic visit even more special.
Raigad Fort has been the glorious center of the Maratha Empire. This is the place where the coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj took place and from where he governed the entire Maratha Empire. On reaching such a historic place, Vicky Kaushal paid floral tributes at the statue of Shivaji Maharaj with deep reverence. Producer Dinesh Vijan also paid his respects to Maharaj.
Vicky Kaushal and Laxman Utekar together garlanded the statue of Shivaji Maharaj and saluted his courage, leadership and patriotism. All those present witnessed this historic moment.
