To ensure fair decision making, TOIFA has established a strict three- stage voting system. First ranks the nominees a screening jury of thirty well-known performers, directors, studio executives, authors, casting directors, and movie critics. Comprising 175 members of the Producers Guild of India, the Advisory Council then reviews these nominees before the TOIFA Academy decides on the winners.
