Salman Khan health life secret – he is battling three serious neurological ailments.

Mumbai, 2025 — The Dabangg actor Salman Khan recently opened up about his health life secret. Salman revealed that he has been suffering from serious neurological conditions like trigeminal neuralgia, brain aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation for a long time.

Salman informed about his life-affecting condition
Salman Khan said, “The sudden and intense pain in my face was so intense that it is difficult to describe it in words. At times, the pain felt unbearable. I wanted people to understand that this isn’t just a ‘headache’, but a life-affecting condition.” The condition caused Salman to experience sharp, jolting facial pain. He said even everyday tasks like eating or speaking sometimes became difficult. Salman underwent Gamma Knife surgery in the United States to treat this disease, which gave him a lot of relief.

Brain Aneurysm: A Danger to the Brain’s Blood Vessels
In a brain aneurysm, the walls of the brain’s blood vessels weaken and a sac-like structure may form. Salman said that this condition could have serious consequences if not treated in time. Dr. Ravindra Mehta says, “Brain aneurysm is a serious condition. Ignoring early symptoms can be a red flag. Timely treatment improves outcomes.”

Arteriovenous malformation – complicated blood flow
An AVM is a congenital or acquired condition in which an artery and vein are directly connected. This can cause abnormal blood flow and increase the risk of bleeding in the brain. Salman said he required constant monitoring and periodic treatment.

Salman explained the purpose of his revelation of his health life condition
He said, “I want people to understand that these diseases are not only physically challenging but also mentally challenging. Timely medical advice and treatment can save lives.” Following Salman’s revelation, his fans and those in the film industry are wishing him a speedy recovery. Experts are also warning people not to ignore any serious neurological symptoms and to seek medical advice promptly.
