Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Ranchi, Nadeem displayed a passion for the arts early on but initially pursued a more conventional career path. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Ranchi University, a decision that would lead him to a promising career as an engineer in Dubai. However, his love for acting never faded, and he eventually decided to leave his engineering job and move to Mumbai to chase his dream of becoming an actor.
Training and Early Career
Upon arriving in Mumbai, Nadeem took a significant step towards his dream by enrolling in the prestigious Actor Prepares institute, founded by legendary actor Anupam Kher. There, he honed his acting skills, gaining a deep understanding of the craft that would later define his career. His dedication paid off when he landed his first leading role in the short film The Dark Hostel. This project marked the beginning of his journey in the entertainment industry, where his talent and hard work would soon garner attention. He was also inspired by Cricket player Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Mr. Dhoni also belongs to Ranchi (Jharkhand) and he was Ticket Collector before becoming a famous cricketer. Nadeem knows Dhoni since childhood as they were same school and Mr. Dhoni was his senior.
Breakthrough and Recognition
Nadeem’s big break came in 2019 when he was cast as Vishnu’s son Teekshana in Sony TV’s popular show Vighnaharta Ganesha. His portrayal of the character was well-received, and his ability to bring depth and authenticity to the role earned him recognition in the industry.
However, it was his role as Suryadev in Star Plus’s mythological series Namah that truly catapulted him to fame. Nadeem’s powerful performance as the Sun God captivated audiences and solidified his reputation as a versatile actor capable of handling complex mythological characters. His strong command over languages like Sanskrit and Urdu, combined with his fit physique, made him a perfect fit for such roles.
