Tiger Shroff Steps Up Amid Non-Payment Controversy

Performer In response to reports that Pooja Entertainment had not paid focus puller CH Ravi Kumar, Tiger Shroff has offered him financial support. Following news that Pooja Entertainment, the production company behind movies like “Mere Husband Ki Biwi” and “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” has unpaid debts to a number of actors and crew members, including Kumar, indianexpress.com brought attention to the situation.

Tiger Shroff was thanked by Kumar, who suffered an injury a few months back and had difficulty paying his medical fees. “When Tiger learned of my situation, he came forward with great kindness. Tiger stepped in, but the producer still hasn’t paid me,” Kumar added. He added that Jackie and Ayesha Shroff, Tiger’s parents, had been in touch with him. “My brother was hurt on a movie set, and Jackie Sir had helped him many years before. Tiger’s act affected me, and it gives me a great sense of relief,” Kumar continued.

Tiger gave Kumar a precise figure, which he did not reveal, although he did affirm that it was “in lakhs.” Prior to this, the focus puller had only been paid a portion of what was due and had been repeatedly promised the remainder sum, which had never materialized. He followed up repeatedly, but the production house kept giving him the runaround.

Along with Ravi Kumar, a number of other staff members have also complained to Pooja Entertainment about non-payment. Lead performers from “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” such as Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, Tiger Shroff, and Sonakshi Sinha, have also not been paid. According to a person familiar with the movie, Tiger Shroff has not yet gotten his payment for the picture. He had been silent about the non-payment of his dues, but now that he is aware that the crew and support personnel are also unpaid, he demands that the production house pay the outstanding balance right away.

The insider went on to say, “Alaya, Manushi, and Sonakshi are among the actors who have not received their money. Without receiving payment, they finished their work and promoted the movie. The production house did not respond to any of our repeated requests.

Numerous people in the sector are struggling financially, as highlighted by the non-payment incident. Pooja Entertainment is reportedly estimated to owe the staff and vendors over Rs 2.5 crore. This became popular after several people said in a group Instagram post that producers Vashu Bhagnani and his kids, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Jackky Bhagnani, weren’t paying their fair share.

Tiger Shroff’s intervention serves as a reminder of the film industry’s need for transparency and accountability in order to ensure that people who work hard on film productions receive just compensation.
