Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh made his first public appearance at an event after becoming a father to a newlyborn daughter. The event, “United in Triumph,” was hosted by the Reliance Foundation and Nita Ambani to celebrate the victory of India’s Olympians and Paralympians in the recently held games.
Ranveer was spotted in his newly bulked-up look with his traditional beard style. In one of the videos from the event, Ranveer Singh can be seen greeting papas and expressing his joy at becoming a father. The video, which has now gone viral, shows Ranveer Singh expressing his happiness with gratitude as paps congratulate him for becoming a father. After posing for the pictures, the actor walked towards the papas to shake hands with them. As he greeted them, in happiness, he exclaimed, “Baap ban gaya re.” His warm and jolly nature has been winning hearts on social media.
Ranveer Singh Bhavnani was born to Jagjit Singh and Anju Bhavnani on the 6th of July, 1985 in suburban Mumbai. The actor dropped his surname after entering Bollywood because he felt it was too long and had too many syllables. While in school, Ranveer took part in plays and debates and loved performing. His love for cinema also got him into trouble occasionally; once, he was suspended from school for a day for listening to the song Chaiyya Chaiyya while in class. Ranveer also briefly fancied playing the Harris Shield Cricket Tournament while in school and sought coaching from Mohinder Amarnath, but was ultimately rejected.
On the work front, Ranveer will soon reprise his role as Simba in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, featuring new mom Deepika Padukone, alongside Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor. Additionally, he is preparing for Aditya Dhar’s untitled action thriller, co-starring Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal, for which he has reportedly gained 15 kg. He was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
